Questions
Does it work on Mac or phone?
No. Keycade is a Windows app (Windows 10 or 11). It runs the games on your PC, so you stream from that PC, for example with TikTok LIVE Studio or OBS.
Windows says "Windows protected your PC". Is that normal?
Yes, on the first run. The installer isn't code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen asks first. Click More info, then Run anyway, and the installer starts.
Can I use my key on two PCs?
One key works on one PC at a time. To move to another PC, sign out in the app on the old one first, or wait 15 minutes after closing it there.
Where do I find my key?
Right after you subscribe, and any time later under Account at the top of this page. Sign in with the same email you used to buy.
We send it to you in your Discord ticket after payment. Keep it private: one key works on one PC at a time.
How do I cancel?
In PayPal: Settings → Automatic payments, pick Keycade and cancel. You won't be charged again, and your key keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.
Just don't renew: each payment gives you a month, and your key keeps working until that month ends.
Can I get a refund?
See the refund policy. If something doesn't work, ask us on Discord first; most setup problems are quick to fix.
